We are preparing the next delivery for end of April. For this argument:
would it be possible for you to opnen L/C for about 180 to of Waxes with
partial shipment (for three deliveries)?

I cant get the meaning of "180 to of waxes with partial shipment",Anyone could help me?Very appreciated.
