tks for kindly reply.
just as your saying,practice is the best way to use a kind of language.but in fact,i usually find that less chance to use it except writing e-mail and chat with some friends.it`s so worried for me.

please don't worry.
in fact i 'm not use english all the time,but beacause i like english and so i contactwith english every day.it is no really useful in my work too.
but i don't give it up,i believe it will be useful in the future!

i`m so glad to see your reply again.
i would like to mentione that i had been recommend to a sino-joint venture by one of my friend.all of the applicants not only can writing smoothly,but also must can speakingenglish fluently,it`s so hard for me.after that interview,i make a decision to study english.

now english is more and more important in the business life.
because china is a great market for all the world.if you want to stand stable you must can speaking english.
