Ok, may be you are right. I've been trying very hard to remember words and sentences and expressions...But they got away from memory very soon without any chances to practice. I think I have a very good memory but very short...haha!

yes .i have this experiece before.
just one speaking,i remember those sentence till now.so i think the more wxpressions in your mind,the better you'll speak.
