1.Specifications for Copier Paper A4:Woodfree Copier, 80 gsm., Caliper 106 +- 2,Brightness C.I.E 140, Opacity (Fond Blanc) 92 +- 2,Moisture 4,5 per cent, Porosity 1000 +- 100 bendtsen,Smoothness 280+- bendtsen, machine direction on long side, rotary precise cut, size A4 210x297mm suitable for photocopiers (40-80 copies per minute)Incorporating automatic duplexing facilities.

2. Quality Assurance The manufacturer must have an ISO 9002 Quality Assurance Certificate for the Goods offered issued by the Cyprus Organization for Standards and Control of Quality, or any member of the IQNET or other Organization accredited for this purpose by a National Accreditation Body.The supplier should submit test Certificates fro accredited laboratory establishing that the offered goods comply with the specified standards.

3.Trimming All paper should be rotary precise cut.

4. Packing Each packet of 500 sheets should be separately wrapped in kraft or other wrapping paper and labelled to show kind of paper, size and substance. To be dispatched in standard export bales of convenient size (wooden boards, top and bottom, thick protective paper at the sides and strong iron hoops).

Quantity 300,000 packets of 500.Samples You must deliver minimum10 packets of 500 A4 Photocopy paper (as described in the requirements above).
