具体要求:We would appreciate your interest to our immediate need for two shiploads of Urea, 30,000 mt each (46% N Grade prilled in 50 kg bags). We are prepared to proceed quickly on the issuance of the formal LOI and BCL documents for this transaction. If you can offer our soft target price of US $95.00 per mt delivered to any safe port in Vietnam, we will purchase up to an additional 400,000 mt (25,000 mt/cargo) for delivery through the end of October, 2004. Let's discuss the volume and fertilizer products you can supply over the next year. Perhaps utilizing a price formula based on the fluctuating market would be the best and fairest method. Payment to be a fully funded L/C, payable on sight. In approximately six months, we anticipate operating bagging and distribution facilities in Southeast Asia. We will be seeking both bulk and bagged products. If you are a broker, we will protect your position. We look forward to working with you.
