Optiwind is a startup wind turbine manufacturing company and we are in the market for the following steel tubing. Please provide a quote for the quantities listed below. The quote should also include shipping to the USA.

Camber is important, must meet rolling standard straightness (0.000762m (0.030in) in any 0.9144m (36in) section (by method in ASTM A513)

Mechanically stamp lot number outside every 4 feet minimum, material traceability require.

Material Composition:

Approved grade: SAE J1392 Grade 80 XLF

Low Silicon: 0.15% TO 0.35% for galvanizing

Micro-alloy HSLA Material

Yield strength (tube): min 552Mpa [80Ksi]

Stress relieving required, temper to retain mechanical properties

All requirements as per ASTM A513 except as noted

Average diameter ± 0.000762m (± 0.030in) per ASTM A513

Flash on the inside of the tube is allowable per ASTM A513
